How to Filter or How to do in DOORS to select what I need

All the requirements id 1,2 & 3 belongs to Type: System A and Status and Test results are mention.

 

In my future, the same requirements are applied to System B aswell, But I have not tested it.But If I mention as below table, it look like I have tested for System B also.

 

So my question is How can I filter it or write simple script to do so.

You are trying to paint a 2D picture of a 3D world.

Systems A and B have separate test results, so they must have also separate test results, meaning you should have two attributes Test result A and Test result B. Then you have to determine what does Status mean, is it that both A and B have passed.
